If you have already paid the debt, a proof of payment that includes the following details is required to conduct a payment search.
For payments by bank transfer:

The proof of payment can be, for example, a screen capture of the bank transaction or a copy, or picture of the transfer details. You may send us the proof of payment and the requested details within 7 seven days via the contact form.

To make a payment online, you can use the link in the emails we sent you or the QR Code that is included in our letters. You can pay by carte bleue or by Visa. Please note! Bank cards that have a deferred debit option are not accepted. We only accept payments with bank cards that result in an immediate debit.
